PKA Game Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PKA Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the PKA Game website, mobile application, or any associated service, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

Your continued use of PKA Game following any revision of these Terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. We will display the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of PKA Game.

2Eligibility

To register and use PKA Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKA Game is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit access to players under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming activity in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list related to gambling activity.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one PKA Game account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control
• Accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth
• A secure password that you do not share with other services

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — including PKA Game staff, who will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

PKA Game may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at registration or before processing withdrawals. This process may involve submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or other acceptable identification. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may have transactions held or accounts suspended until the process is complete.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on PKA Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.
• PKA Game does not charge a platform fee for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.
• Deposit funds are credited to your PKR balance upon confirmed payment. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, as part of our security and anti-fraud procedures.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks before processing. This may include confirmation of identity, payment method ownership, or wagering requirement completion where a bonus is involved.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected. PKA Game aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but final crediting timelines are subject to the payment provider's processing schedule.
• PKA Game reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5Bonuses and Promotions

PKA Game offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and promotional offers to eligible players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit conditions. These are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply across all PKA Game promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used on specified games. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may void the bonus.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• PKA Game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes where possible.
• Bonuses that have not been used within their validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

VIP-exclusive bonuses are subject to tier-specific terms communicated through the VIP programme notifications or by your dedicated account manager where applicable.

6VIP Programme

The PKA Game VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through the tiers is based on loyalty points earned through real-money gameplay. The specific point thresholds for each tier are detailed in the VIP section of the platform.

• Loyalty points are earned on qualifying real-money bets. Free play, demo mode, and gameplay funded entirely by bonus funds does not count towards loyalty point accumulation.
• Tier status is evaluated at the start of each calendar month based on the points accumulated in the previous month's activity.
• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, and access to a dedicated account manager — are specific to each tier and are outlined in the VIP programme section.
• PKA Game reserves the right to adjust point multipliers, tier thresholds, or VIP benefits. Existing tier status will be honoured for the current evaluation period before any change takes effect.
• VIP membership does not constitute an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with PKA Game.
• PKA Game may remove a player from the VIP programme, or downgrade tier status, if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on PKA Game are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. PKA Game takes no responsibility for errors or malfunctions that originate within third-party game software, though we will work with the relevant provider to resolve any reported issues promptly.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a round, PKA Game reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Winnings that result from a game error, incorrectly displayed odds, or a technical fault on the platform are not valid and will be voided. This applies even if the winnings have been temporarily credited to the player's balance.
• Players must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, software exploits, or any other method. Such activity will result in immediate account closure.
• PKA Game provides game history and transaction records accessible from your account dashboard. Players are encouraged to review these regularly.

8Responsible Gaming

PKA Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

• Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a review period.
• Self-exclusion, once activated, takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or coordinated betting
• Attempting to launder money or use PKA Game for any financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or platform staff
• Posting or distributing offensive, illegal, or harmful content through any platform communication channel

PKA Game employs fraud detection and monitoring systems. Activity that triggers these systems may result in temporary account holds pending investigation. We will communicate with affected players through registered contact details where appropriate.

11Account Suspension and Closure

PKA Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player or their payment provider
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds — may be forfeited. In cases where the closure is not related to misconduct, PKA Game will process any eligible balance back to the player's verified payment method after completing any outstanding verification steps.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support directly. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12Limitation of Liability

PKA Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures outside our control.

• PKA Game is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any player in connection with a specific incident is limited to the value of the stake directly involved in that incident.
• PKA Game is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made under the influence of impairment, or decisions that breach these Terms.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13Changes to These Terms

PKA Game may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of PKA Game after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through support.
